Liz Martins is the co-founder and managing partner of True Wild and specialises in guiding family safaris. She is also the operations director of the conservation nonprofit True Wild Conservation. Liz is a passionate environmental educator and is also School Programs Manager for All Hands Ecology at Bouverie Preserve. Here she runs a mountain lion education program, field trips and ongoing docent training. She thrives on bringing people into better connection with nature, igniting their curiosity and facilitating impactful experiences. Liz draws on her experience as an environmental educator in South Africa, where she set up and ran the Cape Leopard Trust's Education Project. Liz was previously a Waldorf teacher and has a degree in Anthropology and Archaeology.

In True Wild Safaris she partners with Quinton to create safari itineraries, attends to logistics and all the other good stuff that keeps the business ticking. She also does specialist family guiding with a focus on the children.
