Destinations
Truly wild places and authentic wild experiences, where wildlife and communities are treated with respect, are central to our choice of destinations. We have focused on two regions in Africa that we know well and are confident work as excellent safari destinations. In addition, your safety and the quality of your experience are paramount. We work in places and with partners we trust to ensure the ultimate experience.
Southern Africa
We love Southern Africa, with all its diversity and wild spaces. This is the area we know very well having spent much of our lives exploring and working here. Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Namibia are the main safari destinations, while Malawi and Mozambique are specifically good for beach experiences. We highlight some of our favorite safari areas in each country.
East Africa
East Africa is a gem with incredible diversity and beauty. Some of the most profound experiences are possible here; looking into the eyes of a wild gorilla is something no one can prepare you for. Although some areas can be overcrowded with tourists, you can get away from the busy areas by staying in private concessions and visiting more remote places like southern Tanzania.
